Awa Romantic Holidays

We stayed here for the first half of August 2026 and this was the best experience I have ever had at any hotel that I have ever stayed at. The location is perfect, as it’s next to the Shiomo Train Station and just 3 stops from Tokyo Disney and 3 Stops from Tokyo Station! The rooms are extremely spacious and their restaurant staff are incredible. The first night we went there for supper we informed them of my child’s food allergies (nuts, eggs and peas) and to my surprise every time we want for supper. It didn’t matter who our server was, they knew one of our children had allegies. I feel they always went above and for my family! If you’re looking for spacious rooms with 5 Star Customer Service but in a quiet neighbourhood located close to some of the main districts in Tokyo, then look no further!!! I highly recommend this hotel!

The entire property was clean. The staff was very friendly. Having 2 beds for parents and tatami room gave 2 children ample space for them to move around. The kitchen was clean, well-equipped and was just enough to have simple breakfast. Very convenient from Kanda station (JR) and walking distance from Nihonbashi Mitsukoshi Department and many convenient stores.

Close to all amenities. Beautiful garden on 2nd floor. Connected with sister properties - so few options to eat in/around the hotel.

The rooms were well-maintained daily. To have options of three restaurants within the facility was great. One was fully Japanese and the other two were blended. It costs extra to use the pool as a guest of the hotel. That surprised me a little bit. It was expensive. On top of the entry fee you had to pay extra for a seating. The bell desk was somewhat helpful. Not as helpful as a concierge would be though. Overall, I had a very good experience here.
