The room was clean and bright and well cleaned regularly. The staff were all helpful and friendly. The beach is so close to the hotel. The restaurant was superb for breakfast and dinner with great views out to the bay.

My daughter and I recently stayed at Sant Jaume Design Hotel in Mallorca before she began her semester abroad, and choosing this hotel was one of the best decisions of our trip. Offers gym, rooftop deck, on site massages and breakfast.
The hotel is elegantly and simply decorated and in an ideal location for exploring Palma. What really sets Sant Jaume apart, though, is the service. It is truly on the level of other five-star hotels I’ve stayed at. Whether we needed help scheduling outings, arranging drivers, making dinner reservations, or simply figuring out our day, every member of the staff was helpful, kind, and easygoing.
We especially loved Maria and Kristina, who were absolute queens at helping organize our excursions, and Mark and Alejandro, who helped with everything from dinner plans to beach towels. They made the entire experience feel elevated while still being relaxed, fun, and completely stress-free.
Sant Jaume was such a special part of our Mallorca experience. I could not recommend it more highly and would absolutely stay here again.
