Loved, loved, loved this hotel. It was a 4 minute walk to Hamamatsucho station which is on the Yamanote line and away from the hustle and bustle. Although there is a train line next to the hotel you don't hear them after certain time. The staff were absolutely amazing! We first went to the wrong hotel and one of the staff members gave us directions to the right hotel but then got on his bicycle and followed us to ensure we were going to the right hotel. The staff were so kind, super helpful and responsive. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again. I booked the Japanese style room was was big for 3 of us and enough space for our suitcases. It has a washer/dryer in the room which was convenient. 7/11 and 2 Lawson's just around the corner. 800m walk to the Tokyo Tower which has a nice restaurant.

Fantastic base in Tokyo that’s easy to get in and out of cbd. Some guests need to read signs about onsen etiquette. It’s not a swimming pool and clothes aren’t allowed

We loved the overall design of the hotel lobby, garden and rooms. The rooms were pristine and the staff super helpful. It is conveniently located and has a 7-Eleven inside. Would def recommend staying here! It feels super premium for the price point

The hotel was perfect in every way possible. The staff were absolutely amazing and the room was fabulous ( a corner king room). It was a lovely way to spend time in Tokyo.
