A hidden gem in the heart of Hanoi! We stayed at Hanoi Solis Hotel for 4 nights and absolutely loved our experience. The location is perfect – just a short walk to Hoan Kiem Lake and the Old Quarter, yet still quiet enough to relax. The room was beautifully designed in an Art Deco style, very clean, and comfortable after a long day exploring the city. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful — they arranged our airport transfer smoothly, allowed us an early check-in after a long flight, and even kept our luggage safely while we travelled to Ha Long Bay. Breakfast was fresh and varied, and the rooftop bar offered a wonderful sunset view over Hanoi. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended for anyone looking for modern comfort and warm hospitality right in the centre of Hanoi.

The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to walk around and explore the city. It’s also just a short Grab ride to most of the main attractions — very convenient. The property itself shows a bit of age, and breakfast is served at a nearby location. The food was okay. Our room was comfortable and clean, though a little dated. Overall, a simple and convenient place to stay.

Everything as advertised and excellent pre-arrival arrangements by Ms Jolene Do. Will definitely return. In-house spa experience was great too! Thank you to all staff.

Wonderful hotel with added bonus of use of pool across the road at the sister hotel. Lovely staff, friendly and attentive. Hotel was so clean and safe. Lovely cafe and breakfast choices were excellent.
