The room are clean but a little small and if your a westerner you might not like that the beds are only about 6 inches (15cm) off the ground. The rooms are clean if not a little small but that’s pretty standard for Japan. The area is great quit and very close to osaka train station. The immediate area doesn’t have a lot for shopping but you only about a 30 minute walk from shinsaibashi. The staff were very helpful to me and friendly. I didn’t get they’re breakfast so I can’t rate it good or bad.

Very convenient for downtown shopping and transportation. We found the bed very hard and lumpy.

Good value and location

Beautiful and newly refurbished property. The rooms are big and it’s very welled located with Kawaramachi street approx. 10 min walk. The spa facilities are fantastic and the gym is well equipped. Unfortunately the service is not quite there yet. I had asked the hotel to contact me regarding a tea ceremony and I was informed that they had no way to contact an international phone number. In the end I was not concerned about the ceremony but more about how they would contact me if there was an emergency as I’ve never come across this issue before. I asked if they were equipped to contact me via WhatsApp and the response was ‘no’. Overall, nice place to stay.

Stayed here with my wife for our anniversary. The hospitality and service were top notch. They are very easy to work with for international tourists. Luggage forwarding was easy to use here as well. The rooms were really nice and spacious. The location wasn’t super close to the shops downtown but it’s a quick taxi ride over. Overall I would highly recommend staying here!
