Everything was excellent, from the check in, room cleanliness to the buffet breakfast, pool and spa.
If they wanted to improve anything, would be to help with luggage. I got my own trolly and had 2 large and 2 small, piled them on my own onto the trolly and in check out also no one offered to help as they have done at other hotels.

Super helpful staff! They speak English and helped us start our motorcycle trip. Definitely a safe place to stay. Walking distance to restaurants. Nice quiet rooms.

PESIMO!!!
Pésimo!! cocina y utensilios, sucios. Atención dueña, provocadoramente irrespetuosa. Solo había 1 toalla, para 6 personas. Por el bien de clientes de Hoteles.com deberían sacar este apartamento de sus ofertas. No sé cómo empleados del edificio soportan a la dueña del apartamento.
