Chaitén Pet-friendly Holidays

The staff was great. Very friendly. Wonderful. The rooms, specially the furniture is very old… and not “outdated” I literally mean “old” the dressers were cracked, dented, and had doors that wouldn’t stay closed. The light fixtures did not work properly. And the charging ports did not work at all.

Close to several theaters and restaurants that were in walking distance. I would definitely come back and stay longer.

The hallway was small and it was like an echo chamber with people talking in the hall and closing the doors in the middle of the night.

The amazing staff, especially Denise & Mitsou, are why we return. The location is also great!

Just didn’t have restaurant

Very friendly staff. Janet was very helpful assisting us with reservations for a high end steak house “Benjamin’s”. Overall great experience and centrally located hotel. The rooms were quiet at night which is needed to experience NY well rested.
