Wonderful hotel. Welcoming staff and they had warm chocolate chip cookies at check in, coffee and tea in the guest breakfast area 24/7. The room was spotless and the beds very comfortable. Great value and I highly recommend if in Johnstown, NY

Did not stay once we saw the property......rooms and property very dirty, not maintained, management not available when we got there.
