This is a lovely resort with a fantastic pool with amazing views and four restaurants to choose from. All staff being so friendly and attentive. Stand outs for us were concierge, Snow and Det always looked after us at breakfast. All inclusive package was great value. We booked a room with a private pool entrance with was lovely too. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at the M Gallery Hotel. The location is incredibly central and convenient, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were kind, sweet, and attentive throughout our stay, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious with plenty of options to choose from. Our room was gorgeous, comfortable, and well-maintained. The only minor issue we experienced was a brief smell of smoke coming into our room. Since this is a non-smoking hotel, we believe another guest may have broken the rules. We informed the staff, and they responded immediately by offering to move us to a different room and investigating the situation right away. Their prompt and caring response showed how committed they are to ensuring guests have an exceptional experience. Even when faced with an inconvenience, they went above and beyond to make things right. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would happily recommend M Gallery Hotel to anyone visiting the area.
