We had a suite two levels . Annoyed that bathroom was on lower level and bedroom on upper level,very tasking especially at night . No room service after midnight . Was offered cheese and bread separately to make my own sandwich lol. Don’t expect this from a 5 star hotel .

Staff was helpful when our room filled with cigarette smoke late in the evening so
They moved us to another room. (It is supposed to be a non smoking facility) Didn’t want breakfast, just coffee, but was denied since we didn’t purchase breakfast. At least offer it for 1-2€

Staff were lovely. The hotel was charming. The room was quite nice and the bed was bigger and more comfortable than we had expected. The only point I would make is that it was too warm in the hotel. Being in the passage way was neat and we felt very safe.
