Room was clean however there’s an active mole infestation

I like the different pool options on the property. They all havr amazing virws.

There were plenty of restaurants, but I was a bit disappointed that they didn’t offer much of what we usually think of as Mexican food, like burritos or guacamole. Still, all the staff were very friendly, and overall, I was very satisfied during my 3-night, 4-day stay.

Room was clean , room service was great with the exception you can't order a mixed drink and they don't bring napkins with the meals. Cart staff was exceptional. Santiago was the best! Would highly recommend this property.

Everything about this place is stellar.

“The property was beautiful and the service was nice. However, the AC was not working for most of our stay, which made the experience uncomfortable. For the price we paid, this should never have been an issue air conditioning is a basic expectation at this rate, and unfortunately it made the stay not worth the cost.”

Great friendly and attentive staff. Service at all facilities and restaurants was a wonderful experience. I appreciated the spacious feel of the 2 bedroom villa, it was perfect for our family of 4. I will definitely be recommending this resort to family and friends.

This property was immaculate. The staff was extremely friendly. The service was outstanding by far one of the nicest hotels I have stayed at, and I’m already planning to go back in a couple of weeks
