This hotel is in the perfect location, very inviting and comfortable. The rooms were clean and were kept clean daily. The amenities and finishing touches were also great! The only thing that could be improved is the comfort of the beds- the beds are huge, however a little too hard. To conclude, I would return!

The staff was courteous and friendly. The shower was the only problem: the shower floor was very slippery. We put a towel on the shower floor so we did not have a fear of falling.

Gorgeous centrally located historic hotel with a pool and spa, helpful staff, and an amazing breakfast buffet with eggs made to order. We loved our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a memorable stay in Amsterdam.
