Air conditioning was broken so the room was very cold and no spare blankets. It was after 6pm, so no concierge.
The next day concierge reset the air con, which worked for a few hours then the same happened. By then reception had left for the day.
Again another cold night with no air con or blankets.
Multi day stay with each night being a very uncomfortable sleep. Made for a difficult work trip.

Lovely hotel. Staff were excellent - very helpful, warm and friendly. The room was very comfortable with a lovely view of the Yarra - it was just a little dated and tired. Hotel was a short walk in to the city and an easy transfer to all the other sites and attractions. We had a fabulous stay and would recommend.

Only had 1 light switch for all the lights. So the bedroom ceiling light was on when all the living/dining room lights were on. Also no dimmers, so glared bright lights or nothing.
