The place itself is nice, the swimming pool is unique in its surroundings. The staff members are very nice and courteous. The biggest downside is the level of maintenance of the rooms (all parts, icluding the bathroom and the toilet) which should improve.

Had a nice stay at the hotel with my wife and daughter, staff are so friendly, room and common spaces are very clean.
As for the food & beverages, it can be better, it is below average. The pool with a swim up bar is for adults only, which make it difficult to spend time with your kid while enjoying a drink. Overall, it was a good experience.

Exceptional stay at Niira. Amila and his staff took care of us for 6 nights, the whole team could not do enough for us, ocean was lovely at breakfast service. Couldn’t fault anything at all, very highly recommend.
