Central Mumbai Pet-friendly Holidays

I was not expecting quite a dated looking property. The location and outside space were great. Howbever The cleanliness was not good at all and that’s a big priority for me. We had to ask staff to sweep the room when we arrived. Also the kitchen facilities and knives were also not very clean or decent. I struggled to brush my teeth after discovering the filth under the sink. I will never stay here again and will definitely pay more for a cleaner place.

The entire staff at the Sofitel Mumbai was so polite and professional . The property is in a great condition as well , the food and location are great as well . Very delighted with the whole experience!
