There are pluses and minuses to this hotel
"This is a strange hotel. It is good at providing basics but why doesn't it provide luggage racks in rooms? Are we supposed to open our luggage on the floor? Why isn't there daily housekeeping? I think it's simply strange that a hotel operates this way."
