Todo estaba muy bien, pero nunca fue una a limpiar nuestro cuarto en los días que estuvimos ahí hasta que nosotros bajamos a decirles que necesitábamos más toallas y aún así dirigieron a ellos que teníamos que bajar a decirles cuando cuando necesitaban los limpieza que aunque cuando hice el checking ahí estaba la opción que si queríamos limpieza todos los días y pusimos que sí había un costo extra y aún así no fueron ningún día sólo el día que nosotros dijimos que necesitábamos, toallas, fueron dejaron toallas y tendieron la cama y fue todo lo que hicieron y también tiene una actitud de servicio muy pésima. La verdad el lugar está muy bueno, pero el servicio al cliente pareciera que odia su trabajo solamente por eso no les dejaré ninguna estrella en servicio al cliente y el limpieza al cuarto
