Room smelled strange, bathroom was super dark and no turndown in 3 days even when I asked however they just brought towels. Staff are awesome but hotel needs some love and upgrades.

Great place. Room was large and clean. Had kitchenette with NOTHING in the cabinets or drawers. I guess if you want to prepare or heat any food you have to request dishes and silverware, etc. The room was missing the tv remote so we requested one and some extra hangers and a robe. It never came. We requested to use the shuttle and the driver was on break so the front desk was supposed to text me when he returned. Never did. So other than bad customer service the stay was good. The bar restaurant service was very good. The food was basic and just ok. Don't expect much and you won't be disappointed. Prices were good on food and drinks.
