The rooms were clean, but the hotel had a lot of frustrating rules that I wasn’t used to as a foreign visitor. They only give you one physical room key, even when you’re paying for additional guests. Although everyone was registered, they wouldn’t let another guest into the room unless that key was present, making it a hassle to come and go separately. The pool was nice, but the hours were strange. The restaurant was subpar and also had a lot of unnecessary rules. The location was the best part of the hotel.

Really appreciated the good clean accommodations and closeness to the peak and the park. Desk staff were helpful and having breakfast and lunch available for a nominal price on the sixth floor was great.

Booked a room with a spectacular view of the HK harbour. Room was spacious and clean. Experienced the hotel buffet, a must try. Hotel is conveniently located. You can walk all the way along the ocean front from hotel to Tsim TSA Tsui. Also, you can Catch the ferry to Central , a short walk from the hotel.

The location was great, quality of the service by staff was awesome but property has certain maintenance issues. The door was locked and mechanism did not work, they replaced that and it took 30 mins. Also, with the rain all savage system came out from the toilet at 2 am in the morning and they moved me another room for just one night.

The executive lounge is a little disappointing. However, everything else is great
