Barolo Wine Area Mountain Holidays

The rooms were wonderful. The staff was quite nice and made us feel welcome. The hotel itself felt safe. It was a bit tricky to drive to get in, as we passed it and that leads into the airport. A nice man helped us back up the one way to be in front of the hotel. There is a gate you need to take a ticket from to park in front of the lobby to do your check in, which was rather odd to us. It has nice underground parking. After that, all went well.

Its a very nice 5star hotel on a nice area at Genova. Breakfast is good, rooms are very nice and clean. Parking costs around 35-40 euro per day! All though you can easily park outside of the hotel at blue zones for just 2euro per hour. Staff is friendly and nice except the receptionist that we had a bad moment with her. She gave us keys for another room not ours. We found out that, because we were waiting for our bags over 20min and when we asked where are they, they told us on another room than that we were to... If i havent asked about them we would still wait for em.... Unacceptable for a 5star hotel... And she said just a sorry. Nothing else..

This is a magnificent hotel. The location is at the port which has some rough areas… not safe at night. But I would stay here again for the elegance and quality of the property. The staff recommended a lovely small restaurant in walking distance that we enjoyed.

Beautiful property with amazing food and even a great gym and spa. It is a bit removed from the city center but they are always willing to find transportation.

Definitely great location!! You can walk to about anything shopping restaurant even sightseeing! Very friendly staff at front desk. Restaurant was very nice! Serving delicious food for breakfast lunch and dinner! Definitely recommended!
