"We arrived after 16:00 after a long journey from England and an hour drive from faro and our room was not cleaned, when I raised this with the staff low efforts were initially made to resolve this, u had to escalate things for the room to get half clean and be told that I should wait. Relaxing in the highlands
"It was very peaceful setting to spend three days just relaxing up in the Highlands. You definitely need some form to reach the hotel and if you want to eat out in the evening the nearest restaurant was about a 1/2 mile away. It was a bit too cool to use the pool, but it sure looked inviting."
