Everything was great at this hotel! Clean and every staff member we encountered was friendly. Location is EVERYTHING!

The hotel has a modern feeling, which was great. The room had plenty of space for a couple. The staff was very courteous and friendly. The downstairs "grab and go café" we loved. The coffee options were great and very reasonable priced. There are 2 negatives for our stay. The room door slams closed if you don't hold it, which will wake you, if your neighbors come home late. Also we stayed at the 25th floor, which in the morning it took twice almost 10 min for the elevator to arrive. But with that being said, it would not stop us though from coming back to this property!

Hotel has little extras that are appreciated. Wonderful stay.

Everything was great but the hidden fees

We loved our stay at the Royalton very conveniently located near to every place we wanted to visit and close to the subway. The room was amazing with the hot tub and the city view with huge windows, modern and cozy. For our surprise we got upgraded to a nicer room which was a plus. The happy hour at the Penhouse was fantastic with really good food and drinks at half price and great customer service. We really enjoyed our time there and we definitely will go back to this hotel in the future.

Very clean and fantastic view from 28th floor but for the price I thought the room was basic but maybe over $3000 is what you pay for 5 nights in manhattan if you want a view
