We don’t need to charge for every little thing… internet? Parking? Fridge and coffee maker? Other standard rooms at other hotels include these… House cleaning did a mostly Good job but neglected to provide facetowels… Front desk guy was awesome and made up for most of shortcomings of other issues.

Smelled like cigarettes the whole time we were there. Difficult checking in at kiosk. Website wasn’t very useful. Checking out was confusing.

Stayed here for Eagles concert only 2 nights. Room with sphere view and it was worth it. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Avoid using kiosk for check in. Check in with person and will be more helpful. Best meal we had was at CUT. $$$$ but worth it.

This was a very nice hotel/resort. There's really nothing to complain about except for a few issues that I think are more personal than against the resort itself. Number one complaint - The slots were extremely tight and not paying out winnings that much. I don't expect to become rich overnight, but the slots didn't even let me win just a little bit (I.e. for example, while playing dollar slots, the machine wouldn't even let me win $20, or $50 here and there. It seemed I lost money just as fast as I put it in. But there were NO little winnings. To me that takes away the drama and excitement. It definitely drained me of excitement.) After losing money like that, I was ready to call it a night and go to bed. Second complaint, the resort fees. Need I say more? Overall, this experience was awesome! I loved it! Bellagio is a great hotel, but below average casino.
