Expedia customer care provided wrong information related to food options, but Bahia Principe Guest Service was extremely helpful to remedy the situation. All staff members were always serving with the purpose of making every guest’s stay as comfortable as they could.

NOT 420 Friendly!!
The pool temperature was disgustingly hot! I understand it’s July, but the pool water was as hot as the hot tub. The lagoon water had jellyfish.
I’m familiar with other resorts and travel months and they have been cooler and refreshing!
When you arrive you’re forced to make dinner reservations for your entire trip if you want to go to one of the restaurants. Because of this limitation we gave 4 stars in the hotel lobby kiosk.
AND SOME OF THEM THEY HAVE KIDS AT THEM!
The very next morning- they woke us up with a call asking how to get that 5th star??
The entertainment was so so.
They did a disco night and none of the entertainment team knew how to dance it; however, they had the Dance Fever motion down.
Spanish is the language. Very few people speak English.
