Terrible ! So disappointed

We were booked for this resort but actually given rooms in another - Residencial Casabela One room had NO bedrooms - just 2 mattresses on a bed deck on the floor !!!!! Dangerously steep stairs, broken bathroom door (hole in middle badly patched) Shelf had fallen off in shower - just 2 holes in wall ...
