Great scenery and great staff

Beyond our wildest dreams. Everybody was superfriendly; the location is just gorgeous; you can have a fabulous breakfast 24h a day; the restaurant is top-notch. Only issue: you cannot really walk out; you will need a ride (for free until 5pm). But once you are in, you will not really feel like leaving...

We got got the garden view villa. It is nice but not as big and spacious as the pool view. We had trouble accessing the Wi-Fi in our room even though it worked fine anyplace around the hotel , also because we got the garden view we were not entitled to any benefits such as getting 15% discount on ordering food and beverage at the pool and also we got to pay extra to get room service in our room even though our friends in the pool view villas didn’t have to. They charged us when we used the mini bar in our room , so apparently the garden view rooms don’t have the same treatment and amenities as the pool view ones

Facilities were excellent if you just want to relax at the resort but also close enough for a quick bike ride to everything you want in Uluwatu

This hotel was amazing and very friendly & always quick to assisting us with whatever was in need. The only thing was some of the towels or sheets had marks on them. Which I know whitq Otherwise everything else was perfect.
