This is a very nice hotel in an excellent location. I selected it because the Rijkmuseum and Van Gogh Museum are an easy walk away, but was delighted to discover the Vondelpark right next door.

Pretty typical lux-convention type hotel. Staff very friendly, good amenities and location. But scratches on desk, loose bar in shower... Nothing special unless this is what you're looking for. Pricey.

It was excellent we just had issues with our first room as it had stairs and would be difficult for my 81y/o mother. They were able to arrange a more convenient room.
Staff very friendly and efficient. It’s a very cozy and interesting hotel. Breakfast is excellent and location is perfect.

This was in a lovely location right by the museums. The staff were super friendly.
Our TV didn’t load very many English channels and our sink was a bit clogged. Everything else was great and was overall a positive experience! I’d stay here again.
