Zanzibar Mountain Holidays

Initially we had some issues with our villa and with the condition of its balcony, which was due for refurbishment as the neighbouring villa was being worked on - so it wasn’t a great start, however the staff were attentive and sorted us out by relocating us a brand new private villa which in one word was WOW! Everything else was excellent and would most certainly recommend.

Amazing hotel to stay. Being an avid traveller, I can say this is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed. The food is exceptional in quality and quantity. The staff are very friendly and cater to all needs. Such a lovely place to be to relax and enjoy the all-inclusive vibes. All staff are smiling and show so much care towards you. We were specially looked after by Abdallah who mostly works in Ginger bar and also Ibrahim who works in the restaurant. They looked after us so well. I'd 100% recommend this hotel and will be vising again

House keeping was amazing always friends and polite Spa was very good although they are renovating new spa im sure it will be amazing

This hotel was absolutely amazing! The views were stunning, and there was always something going on. It’s definitely on the pricey side, but worth every penny. Everyone was so friendly, and I honestly wish I could’ve stayed longer. Elijah showed us around and was incredibly nice—he gave me and my grandmother a full tour of the property and great recommendations for excursions. He even arranged to have a birthday gift sent to my room, which made my stay even more special. The food was great, and the property had everything you could possibly need for a perfect vacation. I will definitely be coming back!

Overall, this is a beautiful boutique hotel. I booked it last minute and was pretty happy with the aesthetic. The staff was amazing — very polite, attentive, and appreciative of our needs. The only issue I had was with the food. Everything was overcooked, and each chafer at breakfast was nearly empty, with only about 1–2 servings left in each. It was disappointing. I also ordered fish sticks from the bar, and they came out much darker than expected. At first, I assumed that was just their style, until I saw another guest receive a perfectly golden-brown order. Overall, I liked the hotel, but I wouldn’t stay
