Wonderful hotel to stay at.

Lovely property we enjoyed our time

I am planning a trip back, and I will be staying here. This hotel was beautiful and had excellent amenities. My stay was a 10/10, and I'm so excited to return.

No issues! Great rooms, WiFi, breakfast, views & customer service.

Helpful staff, loved being able to have the added lounge access perks with our room, and it had the coziness of a Japanese hotel with some western amenities as a frequent visitor would come to expect. Location makes it a great spot for Shinkansen access, day trips to Yokohama, and pretty much the main parts of the Tokyo JR network. Enjoyed strolling through the gardens as well! Great room, amenities and staff!

The service and amenities at this property were outstanding. The complimentary breakfast, tea time, and evening appetizers included were above expectations and we all loved watching the nightly light show on the metropolitan government building across the way from the top floor. The location was perfect as well for transportation purposes and we would definitely stay here again if we ever visit Tokyo in the future.
