Oak Island Mountain Holidays

Pure bliss at the top, the best.

Beautiful hotel. Look forward to returning

I cannot describe how helpful and attentive the staff is here at the Metropolitan Boutique. They made a point to reach out well in advance of our trip, even before our Mediterranean cruise the week before to establish contact. That was good as our connecting flight from Tome was very much in jeopardy, but they assured us they were there at any hour. They arranged transport from the hotel at an acceptable rate. Actually, compared to American transit, it was quite nice. Communication was a breeze and all through the trip they were incredibly helpful, giving direction, advice and ordering us a cab when needed (you cannot just flag one down in Krakow by the way). The hotel is in or just on the edge of the Jewish Quarter and in an older building, but you cannot tell as it is very well appointed, both in public areas as well as the rooms. If there is one detraction, it would be the limited TV to wind down to in the evening, but in all fairness, as an American, it would all likely be in Polish and not accessible to us. No problem, we were able to access our content via WiFi so it was all good. The restaurant attached to the hotel was quite good our first night and surrounding restaurants filled the rest of our needs. I would recommend this hotel with no reservation whatsoever.

We had such a wonderful stay! Our room was spacious, very clean, and had a beautiful view of the beach. The entire hotel was clean and well-kept, and the location was perfect—peaceful and convenient to shopping and everything we wanted to enjoy. The staff was absolutely wonderful and made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly couldn’t have asked for anything more. It was a relaxing, comfortable, and overall excellent stay. And a special shout-out to Sam! He was absolutely wonderful and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. His kindness and hospitality really stood out to us.
