Our room was nice and clean. I liked the amenities in the hotel.

Clean room, friendly staff, parking is a bit of a walk.

The spa amenities are incredible! Some of the nicest I’ve experienced. My massage was mediocre, so next time I would pursue a different service or means of accessing the spa. The restaurants onsite were great - especially Cantina Contrimar and Aden’s service was attentive and gracious. The pool layout was good to feel less overwhelmed by the crowd, though later in the day the music was very loud. Some slight opportunities to improve the in room tech and bathroom cleaning prior to check in.

Air conditioning needs work

It was a great stay, hours are flexible you can stay in the pool until 11:00pm, my kids had fun, and the villas are comfortable, spacious and equipped with everything, it’s my third time here, we will com back

The room was clean, and the outdoor pool was spacious. I traveled with my children, and they had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed themselves.

The property was in very clean shape for being under a bit of construction. I didn't like I had to take 2 elevators to get to lobby from my room and nobody told me, I had to figure it out on my own. Room 8527
