The food is good. But its not clean, has cockroach. Smell awfull. You have to say to change towels and sheets. Otherwise they wont change it. Towels smell bad. Water you have to buy. Overall not recommended. Staff is nice and polite.

The island is breathtaking. I stayed in an overwater bungalow and it was absolute perfection. Very clean, verrry comfortable. I recommend the buffet over the restaurant. The restaurant meals were very hit or miss. Some of the service was excellent, others seem miserable and distracted. Saad at the dive school is a fantastic teacher for those who are first timers to snorkeling. If youre a smoker, bring your own cigarettes as a pack is $35 at the bar. If your a non-smoker, be aware that people smoke in pretty much all public spaces. My suggestion would be to bring USD and tip great servers, concierge and bartenders well ($20) early in your stay - it will elevate your experience 100%. They will go out of their way to make your stay the most comfortable.

Como Cocoa is paradise on earth. This is now our favourite resort and we can’t wait to return. The resort is stunning with all rooms sitting over the water in the beautiful lagoon. The house reef is exceptional and the dive staff were knowledgeable and safe. The staff are friendly and professional, often greeting you by name, and are clearly happy in their work. Special mention goes to the chef, who makes the most delicious food and is very accommodating with the menu choices.

Hands down the best customer service I’ve ever experienced! Every single staff member was incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming — I truly felt like part of the resort family. What impressed me most is their commitment: if anything isn’t up to your expectations, just mention it and they’ll fix it immediately and go above and beyond to make it even better. The place is absolutely amazing, a true paradise built from the sand! Many thanks to Vijay for taking care of us throughout the journey, ensuring the beddings were clean and the fridge was full. Big thanks also to the doctor for his kind support, as we sun-burnt our legs just before arriving to the island. This was a true 5 star experience, the only improvement feedback I'd like to point out is that the cold drinks should be colder, but you can always ask for more ice.
