An historic building in a great location, to be sure. But if I have to be honest, it was my worst sleep in 2 weeks of travel. The A/C was ineffective and recurring sounds of police or other emergency vehicles through the night ruined what could have been a very nice stay. We may have been upgraded to a larger room but the bathroom was minuscule and could accommodate one person only. Breakfast was fine but pricey. Would not stay here again.

Fine staff, especially Thomas. Happy to add delight to our London stay. Found the right restaurants for us, made sure everything went smoothly during our 9 night stay.
