Nice hotel in a great location (very center of London). Near two tube stations, plus the Uber Boats, and walking distance to a ton of sights. Great, helpful staff. The rooms were nice.

Reception staff were very welcoming, even though the whole hotel lost power and there was very noisy building works.
My room was upgraded and I cannot have been more impressed with the facilities.
