The bed was extremely poor quality. Hard and uncomfortable.

The hotel is ok, rooms are not bad and have nice amenities. The area is not the best place to stay in Genoa even though it is central.

This was a proper ‘old school’ posh hotel where what you’d expect to get, you got! Right from walking through the wrong door the reception saw that our bags were taken to our room no problem and then the restaurant manager bent over backwards as we were only arriving as the restaurant was meant to close. The room was of course upgraded as they figured we’d been travelling as we arrived at 10pm and was perfect! We didn’t stay for breakfast which was a real pity as we overstayed ourselves in the super comfy bed for an extra half an hour!

Nice hotel close to the station and the metro. Ideal as a short stay for a few nights.

Central location of this hotel made walking to interesting views and areas simple. Professional staff and excellent service , the room was spacious and well laid out. Breakfast had a great selection as well. Valet parking made having a car that much easier.
