This was my second stay and as before all services and amenities were great. However, I would recommend prohibiting smoking in the SP or designating a specific area for smoking.

Overall I had a great stay. However, the room i was given had definitely seen better days. The room was adequately sized with a comfortable clean bed but the carpet, though it may be clean, was visibly stained and probably needs to be replaced. I did reach out to the housekeeping team regarding the wet rag smell of the room and they came and sprayed the room for me.
Overall the stay was great. The staff, especially the front and concierge service, were fantastic. However, i dont think it lives up to its 5 star hotel status.
