we had two rooms. with family. stayed for 2 days. it was off-peak season so relatively quiet. Had much of the beach to ourselves which was amazing. staff arranged for early check-in and late check-out. very enjoyable.
The beach was clean but not pristine. There were some scattered plastic containers/trash which can be more proactively cleaned up by the hotel cleaning crew.
Had two meals here and they were awesome really. Rooms were clean, bathroom was good. Sort of at a level of a 3-star Holiday Inn/Marriott.

very badly kept property, not value for money at all for an ITC property and so exhorbitant, the curtains were falling, room aesthetics were very poor, hair all over the bathroom and room, cats and street dogs inside the property outside our room, very bad experience

Personal sehr hilfsbereit. Anlage sehr gut gestaltet. Internationale Küche. Sonderwünsche beim Frühstück stets erfüllt. Lobby sehr großzügig mit täglicher Abendunterhaltung.Hotel erfüllt internationale Standards.
Diezimmer sind groß, sehr modern und sauber.
