I stayed at this place for 2 nights and i found the staff really friendly, kind and helpful specially the gentleman at reception. He helped me out with the transport and everything else and made sure my stay is comfortable.

Beautiful property, rooms are dark though. Wish i had known hotel was “dry” and that gym hourse were segregated by gender. The timing with active touring never worked for me to go to the gym. Be aware that this part of Istanbul has very steep hills and wear appropriate footwear to walk to restaurants and sights.

The hotel facility is awesome, clean, elegant, had a premium sea view room, specious room with large bathroom. I do highly recommend staying in this hotel.

Amazing hotel , we got upgraded to the corner suite , it was spacious clean , the hotel was beautifully decorated. Staff were so attentive and polite. We changed hotel mid through our holiday to the Swiss and it was the best decision we made
