It’s in the middle of the midieval town, which was built on the rock cliffs. The river runs in the middle of the town, and there is a low level bridge at tge hotel to walk to a park across the river. We stayed here in early May, and the day we were there, the bridge was partially flooded. But the next morning the bridge was dry. The road bridge is way above, and never floods, so no worries....

We tried to check in twice but were unsuccessful. We arrived at 7 p.m. and were told we could not have dinner, even though two tables were already occupied. We then had to wait 15 minutes to check in. When we departed, no one was available to collect the key or serve us a coffee. Quite disappointing is August High Season."

We decided only to have coffee in the morning, but the veg dinner option was, surprisingly, excellent and the best thing one can say about the stay."
