Clean and big room. Perfect location. Good breakfast.

Sadly we only got to see this property late at night and really early in the morning on the way to Piraeus Port after a late flight in. But we checked in smoothly and quickly and the room was comfortable and clean. Worth returning to if we have more time next time.

The gym was well equipped. The room was clean but there is no hood for the bathroom. Also all room have the same temperature and you cannot adjust your own room temperature. I would be okay with that if they don’t advertise themselves as five star hotel. In addition, as I checked in, they were gonna give me a room upgrade as I am a gold member. They took it away and squeeze in an extra bed in a regular room because we had a third person - our seven year old daughter who was not in the reservation. I asked them to keep us in the upgraded room and was happily to pay the extra charge but they denied, put us back to our regular room and squeeze a smaller bed in there. I told them our daughter sleep with us on the king bed but they said there were a people limit per room. I understand it is their policy and stuff but in term of hospitality, I definitely didn’t feel satisfied.
