The people who work at the hotel were all very friendly and always willing to help.

The staff were friendly and helpful they were any where in the area I would like to recommend to other family. And The area was quiet and the room was clean, we like the breakfast

Depends what you are after. The resort is really big. Nice pools lots of options for sure. Water park was great. No complaints really. I do personally like a slightly smaller resort. That’s just my personal preference. But everything was very clean and staff was great. My one BIG complaint was getting forced into a breakfast meeting that took 2 hours, trying to get sold on being a member. Absolutely hated that and would also my make me not go back.

The staff were so responsive, the grounds were immaculate, and the food was to die for. The private pool/private deck room was spectacular!

Very good hotel to stay with a family and children. Nice specious rooms, many restaurants and bars with good food selection, several pools, good entertainments for kids. We enjoyed our stay.

Fuimos de aniversario y quisimos dar una segunda oportunidad luego de ir en Agosto ya que nos encanta la propiedad. Sin embargo, pedimos unas amenidades para nuestro día especial y nada llegó. Solicitamos unas reservaciones y gracias que resolvieron pero tuvimos el mal sabor de tener la reservación mal hecha y si no podían resolver nos quedábamos sin cenar.
