My room was clean daily with new towel

Staff everywhere were nonchalant and preoccupied. Food at restaurants was terrible. Location was far from most destinatioms so I used Grab taxis everywhere (relatively cheap plus foreign transaction fees on each fare) because of that. Hotel itself was spacious and clean. The warm cookies at the front desk made my day.

Great staff. Quaint building. Nice place. One negative, the place required maintenance. The air conditioning was totally inadequate. The temperature in the bathroom was always 25+C, very sweaty

Definitely above average compare to many hotels in Seremban with large clean room and very helpful staff

Loved how clean the hotel is and have nice details.they put chocolate in your pillows every night. I couldnt find the spa though and the hours were not so friendly with the schedule I had

Nice staff but the property was a seriously dated and needs a renovation.
