Pros: The terraces & courtyard are small, but lovely. They also have a wonderful refresh lounge where you can sit, listen to relaxing music, & read or meditate. The relaxation lounge has massage chairs, & they have self service laundry machines. The rooms are cleaned well & replenished daily. Cons: The rooms are rather small & basic. The restaurants are pricey for what they offer. It has a self-service feel, with the staff present, but not overly helpful. The gym only has 4 machines (2 treadmills, one exercise bike, & a row machine with a broken foot strap). There are no weights or other workout equipment.

wonderful staff and services. Very clean room and high end restaurants in the hotels. Convenient location to go any places in Tokyo using subways and trains. The only issue is the there is no USB charging ports in Zen rooms.

Great place, fun for foreign tourists to see a place Japanese tourists (and a lot of business people) visit. The garden is perfect, the pool is fun. Quick access around town via Akasaka Mitsuke (and connected stations) one of the best metro stops. Friendly staff. Breakfast on the 40th floor. Good mix of Japanese and western breakfast stuff - still thinking about the chocolate-pan. Had a garden view and enjoyed it every morning and evening.
