Amazing stay and staff! The location was very close to the main train station and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay during our honeymoon. 10/10!

The team welcomed us well, we noticed in interxonnecting door that would be great to have open but was key locked, on speaking to reception it’s was not a problem and in no time a member of the team was in and opening. They recommended a great place to eat on our first evening after a long day of travelling. Coupled with amazing views we had a great stay thank you.

Thanks to my Expedia status, we even received a room upgrade, which made the experience even more special, the pool a 10/10 , the service was impeccable and the restaurant exquisite.

Stylish, spacious, comfortable room. Great view of the lake. Fantastic location. Very welcoming warm staff, very helpful. Nice welcoming gift delivered to room. Chic hotel and staff. Construction was taking place down the road. Somewhat noisy at times outside. I was shocked at how inside none of the noise could be heard. Inside the hotel I immediately felt relaxed and pleased at the atmosphere. In our room as well could not here any external noise. Surprisingly fantastic. I hated to leave, we were very comfortable in our beautiful room. Lobby warm, elegant design.
