This is a wonderful hotel with amazing staff. They helped us navigate Tokyo Station and even got us train tickets. The room was really big and comfortable. The staff are so kind and helpful. And the location is so convenient located at Tokyo Station.

Great location, central but very quiet. Rooms were spacious and well appointed room. Staff was helpful and their English was very good. Had access to the Cereulean Lounge which was a nice touch. Would definitely recommend and stay there again if wanting to stay in Shibuya.
