Property was overall good but I was shocked by the $47 overnight parking rate which was not mentioned when I booked ! It was just around 40% of my room rate had I known this I wouldn’t have booked !!!!

The hotel has the best location and it’s pretty! The only downside was the personnel at the front desk. Two ladies were quite rude. Other than that our stay was amazing

The location was convenient for early morning flights. The comfort made it with choosing.

Room is cleaned. Lobby is very modern, love the decoration and the space divided that used, very good as provide privacy and intimate space, or private conversation allow within the same floor, it perfect for work/travel. Location is not bad, it just couples blocks from Turk St, where you can see homeless, poverty but it is Tenderloin character of this San Francisco's resident residential character, and it is right a few blocks at the Union Square. The hotel manager not quite polite, not friendly, like he does not want to work there as a Hotel Manager where the role should be kind, polite and genuine, when I think breakfast is included with the stay, he said "I don't think so"...instead of saying "I think you could have mistaken, would you like to take a moment to check it". Restaurant's staff are good, but never refund me for they accidently place 2 orders fruit yogurt for my daughter, they took back the order but never refund. I need to check and call to complaint about it when I have time. Little thing like that bother as I might not have time to call and ask for a refund for $12. Technical Issue: I stayed at room 1703, the top floor, there must be a mechanical unit for air conditioning on top of my room, I could not sleep due to the noise keep running. I hope the they will fix it, terrible! As my daughter already fell as sleep otherwise I would move to a different hotel.

The property is amazing as well as the staff. We have a 6 month old and things couldn't have gone better. The rooms are not silent would be the only thing. You can hear door's as well as people in the hallway.
