Location is Superb! Hotel is dated and the amenities are lacking. Staff was kind but they seemed understaffed. You’re paying for the location only, the room was old but clean. Glad I upgraded to the oceanfront room or I would have been disappointed. Will stay at one of the neighbouring properties next time with nicer lobby and pool decks for the same price.

DONT BE FOOLED!! My family and i chose to celebrate the Christmas season here for something special - we were SO disappointed. First and most disappointing is that the resort is under SIGNIFICANT construction and they dont tell you that on their web site or booking yet still charge a high price for the stay not discounted for the inconvenience. Ha! Inconvenience- the beautiful lobby and walk thru you see on the web site that actually sold me on the property is all plywood walled off very tacky. The "office" is in a small side meeting room with metal desks. You have to go there for all your needs even to get towels. Because there is no lobby you have to walk down a dingy hallway to an elevator, up the elevator to another floor, walk down a hallway to another elevator, then down the elevator to the original floor then down hallways to get to your room. Imagine doing that each time you came and went and when you tote your luggage. Why did we tote our luggage? Because when we arrived the bellman that took our luggage to our room made sure we knew how much of a pain it was for him to DO HIS JOB and take our luggage. Speaking of arrival - when i booked, i booked through expedia BECAUSE the resort told us to do that and then they would match expedia prices. They didnt do that. So i had booked 2 king rooms on expedia and when i called before the trip the resort they offered to me that they would give me a king and a queen room since we had 6 people to accomidate. They didnt.

This property is amazing and you should definitely experience it! Only downside is that every single thing is paid. They have made it so that you can’t experience ever unless you book 3 days in any case so your research and be prepared to pay extra fees for all experiences

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Access to coffee and tea all day was a surprising treat. We felt very welcome and it was an enjoyable stay! We would stay again.

The hotel itself is nice, clean and all the staff is so friendly. They do have parking in the hotel garage. The outside hourly parking is a bit small but if you have a visitor it’s helpful; $10 /hr. I stayed in a den suite next to the elevator which was nice and spacious. You can hear the elevators fro the bathroom, but not the rooms. One thing I will also note is the bathroom sink is very tiny, though the bathroom itself is normal sized and it’s nice they stock the shampoo/cond/soap/lotion. You don’t have a ton of room to do your makeup in the bathroom. The balcony was nice and beds comfy. My room had a kitchenette which was helpful. Anything you needed help with they try to accommodate and the breakfast buffet was really good with plenty of options. I had my younger kids with me and the staff was really nice to them; so playful and fun. The hotel is one tiny block (20 seconds of walking) to the beach and it’s sooooo nice. So for the overall price, nice staff, yummy food and how close it is to the beach… it’s definitely a lovely stay.
