Definitely a great location with clean room and excellent swim beach right across the road . The Tiki Bar & Grill located in the hotel is an excellent restaurant with a beautiful ocean view and great food. One improvement would be to add a small drying rack on the balcony for swimsuits and towels, which would be very convenient for guests. The biggest disappointment was the resort fee, which is over $50 per day. While it includes the use of beach equipment, the rental shop closes at 5:00 PM—right when one of the best times to enjoy the beach begins. It would be much more guest-friendly if beach chairs and umbrellas could be returned after 6:00 PM without an additional fee.

Ocean View room was wonderful! They are going through a balcony reconditioning project, so we weren't able to use the balcony, but the ocean view through our window made up for it. Excellent service from the staff and everything was very clean. Highly recommend!

The room was beautiful! Our view from our balcony was just absolutely stunning! Being on the eighth floor, we had access to the lounge and we got free breakfast every day and we got drinks in the afternoon. The whole entire hotel is just incredible. The absolute only negative I have about the whole entire place is that our room was backed up to a stairwell that staff use and there was noise at night they weren’t careful about the noise that they made or about the doors that they slammed but literally that was the only negative so if you ask not to be placed by the stairwell, maybe you can avoid that issue but even with the stairwell, I would absolutely stay here again. It was the most incredible experience of my life.

Clean, friendly people, good location, away from waikiki busy areas but close enough to go to beach.

This was a last minute reservation as the original stay got cancelled. Overall it met our needs. When the listing said Murphy bed I assumed it meant second bed but it was the only bed. When down it makes the room more crowded than a regular hotel room. The shower valve was broken and they tried a quick fix which didn’t work so we could not shower. The Internet was up and down and would work on some devices but not others. On the plus side the AC kept the room comfortable and the kitchenette was well stocked and met our needs. Staff was pleasant and friendly but could not do anything to resolve the issues with the room during our two night stay.

Good location with easy access to Fort DeRussy Park and beach, good partial ocean view with balcony.
