The staff at the Condado Plaza Hotel are so sweet and nice. They were very accommodating and pleasant to speak with. Especially the front desk receptionist Cristina. She helped so much. Also Ismael greeted us with a smile, he was kind and very informative. The hotel room was nice and clean. We had a comfortable stay.

Our stay at the Caribe Hilton was a mixed experience, marked by noticeable issues with deferred maintenance. Upon checking into our first room, a strong, pervasive smell of mildew and mold was immediately apparent, and the air felt unpleasantly damp. The hotel staff, to their credit, was gracious and promptly moved us to a different room on a higher floor. While the second room was an improvement in terms of the air quality, the underlying lack of upkeep was still evident. The bathroom wall had a distinct hole, and the balcony's wall was stained with rust and visibly corroded. Despite the hotel's storied history and beautiful grounds, these issues significantly detracted from what should have been a relaxing stay. While the staff's service was commendable, the state of the accommodations needs to be addressed.

Everything was great!!! Had a very bad experience with one of the waitress. Very rude an unprofessional.

I loved my stay very much, it is close to everything and has a beautiful view.

Lively lobby with large bar and live music and dance floor, dj on the weekends at the pool. Ocean and pool view rooms we're awesome.
