Well equipped, beautifully presented and comfortable room with excellent bathroom, easy walking distance from main station.

This is an old fashion grand hotel, with the courteous staff to match. Our room was on the small side but adequate. The view of the lake is very nice. For us, the best part was being able to walk out of the hotel and amble on the promenade. By the way, the breakfast was very good.

Pros: 5 star amenity rooms, incredibly friendly, multilingual staff, always smiling and accommodating. Cons: Despite how tall the building is, it's very tucked away, misleadingly far from the city centre and difficult to find - even for a couple of taxi drivers I was with.

The absolute finest service I have ever experienced in all of my years! Our stay was so perfect we have booked the hotel for next year.
