I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. It is in the Centro Storica, just steps from the Teatro Felice. However, it is located on a little side street off of via Roma, so it is very quiet and peaceful. The hotel is clean and modern, and the staff was pleasant, professional and very helpful concerning questions about the city.

"Super nice, helpful, friendly, and knowledgable staff. Location was amazing, right by the ferry stop that takes you to different beaches / stops including portofino. A lot of good restaurants around. Rooms were clean. All around amazing experience at this hotel."

"Fantastic staff. Very nice and helpful. We spoke Italian but they are fluent in English as well. Very accommodating and plenty of suggestions if needed. Didn't get to use spa but nice breakfast each morning , good espresso and you can walk to virtually anywhere in town. Close to boat rentals as well. ..."
